    Pretty good vitamins for 40+

    Yuck

    I have no problem taking pills, but these were a challenge. The taste and smell is so off-putting. I made the mistake of putting them in a daily pill container and all of the other pills picked up the taste. I needed to immediately eat something to get the taste out of my mouth. Can't comment on the effectiveness since I didn't take them consistently. I did make myself finish the bottle but will not be buying again.

I did take one star off because the pill does have a scent to it and it is on the larger side which makes it hard to swallow sometimes. Like any multivitamin, you want to make sure that you take this with some food in your stomach to prevent nausea. I like to take it at the end of the day.

    Not a good multivitamin.

The multivitamin I was taking has way higher amounts of most of the vitamins this has. This one also doesn’t have iron and has a very minimal amount of calcium. The herbal scent is extremely strong and the pills are very large, making it difficult to stomach. Unfortunately, these are a dud for me.

    40+ up multi vitamin for us upper 40 women

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking these multi vitamins for about 5 days now. I can take on an empty stomach and they don’t seem to cause any issues. I have noticed to be less fatigued and better concentration since taking them. My energy level has been up and less aches and pains that happen in your late 40’s. They are larger in size which could be a problem for some. I did not have any problems taking them. They do however have that strong vitamin smell which is unpleasant. These vitamins come in a nice, glass container helping keep their potency from degrading. Easy to open. I leave them by my end table so I remember to take one each morning.

    Decent Multivitamin

They have a vaguely vegetal scent, which isn't terrible, and are a little big in size but I've had no issues swallowing them. I do really like the packaging. The bottle is a really nice glass instead of plastic, which I appreciate. We'll see if I notice any other benefits with continued use.
