I started taking them for days now. I can't tell yet, but the smell is very strong. It's a lot worse than Centrum Silver ones.

I love these vitamins. They truly work. My family all takes some form of New Chapter multivitamins every day. My only gripe, and this is a personal gripe, is that I find them hard to swallow. Again, this is a personal dilemma, because the rest of my family can swallow them with no problem. I would LOVE it if there were a tiny tab option for ALL multivitamins.

My every day pill! The best so far makes me feel better and more productive everyday than before. Very recommend it.

Not sure if it's right for me, at least not yet. I'm am 42 and I've used this on and off since turning 40 and I'm on the fence about the product. I figured in my 40s I'd need a specific product for this age but I feel sometimes fine and sometimes very bloated depending on the time of the month. I am not experiencing any symptoms of Perimenopause aside from heavy/irregular cycles so I switched back to the regular women's formula.

No change in engergy at this time. Do not make me feel sick.

The pills have a strong smell, which is very off putting for me. On top of that, the pills are too big and bulky so taking it became a hassle. Unfortunately I do not recommend. I have to say, since I couldn’t stomach it, I didn’t use it enough to be able to tell results.
