Worked great until it wouldnt connect
I had this on my registry and received it as a baby shower gift. For the first 6 months we didn’t use it very often but have been constantly using it the last 8 months. I loved this monitor for its clear picture, volume options, and temperature reading, as my son’s room gets hotter than the rest of the upstairs. Last week we can now not get the monitor to connect with the monitor. We have unplugged both, tried to pair, and reset with no luck. For as expensive as it is, I wouldn’t buy this for it to last max 14 months.

Ours has lasted 4 years
Wow! So surprised to see so many negative reviews. We must have gotten a lucky one. We’ve had this for 4 years now and it still works 100% fine. Maybe it’s because we’ve mostly used it for naps and not consistent overnights? Anyway, our only complaints are that it makes a super loud noise when it needs to be charged (which I suppose is to wake you up if it’s running out in the night) and buying a 2nd camera is really expensive ($100 when the whole product is $120). Otherwise we’ve really enjoyed this product! We wanted one that wasn’t WiFi and this has worked perfectly for us.

Horrible battery life, doesnt last past one year
Please don't ignore the other 1 star reviews on this product. Yes, it did work great for just about a year but then the monitor just dies like everyone else says after one year. The warranty on this product is only for a year so of course they won't replace anything. These monitors are too expensive to last for only a year. Look into purchasing other baby monitors. I am a mother of 3.

not a good product
Bought this for well over $100 and worked for 2 years. Not worth it for the money. I bought another brand/type for $40 and its working great! Don't waste your money on this product.

Find Another Option
Monitor died as others have mentioned. Expensive paper weight and 1984 aesthetic for the baby room. Had it for 10months.

Completely stopped working & Eufy refuses to help
After being away for a week, the monitor would not turn on or hold a charge. We tried different cords, doing a reset (per directions from Eufy), and leaving it to fully charge undisrupted. Nothing works and the monitor will not turn on. I contacted Eufy support and they said after 1 year, they will not do anything to help as the product is considered defective. I question a company that will not help when they themselves are saying the product is defective. I can not recommend Eufy or this product.

Stopped working 19 months in
Worked great until it didn't. Now it shuts off in the middle of the night (even when plugged in) and the battery runs out quickly.

Broke 2 weeks after warranty expired
This worked great until it refused to connect to the monitor 2 weeks after the warranty ran out. The company refused to do anything but assured me they had quality products. Do not buy this if you want something long lasting. Customer support was terrible and for the price, it shouldn’t stop working less than 13 months in.

Reviews were good, product is not
Although it provides good specifications and is a well rated company, the product is not good. It doesn't reach anywhere near the rated distance, it can't go one floor down in my house - it can transmit the picture but not the video. There are 2 main reasons why I would NEVER reccomend this product. It (supposedly) turns on when the baby makes noise. However, this comes along with a loud obnoxious beep that cannot be turned off. Perhaps more concerning, on more than 5 occasions this week alone, I have turned on the monitor screen (monitor was on) and my baby is crying loudly! Why did it not alert? It was on the most sensitive alert setting. Given this, this unfortunately expensive product is a danger to use as it doesn't fulfill it's primary purpose.

Great until it's not
We really loved this monitor, but it suddenly stopped working at about 13 months right outside the warranty period. It won’t stay on even when plugged in. It’s never been dropped and we always use the charging cord that came with it. For the price, I’d expect something with more longevity.

A must have in the house!
This is awesome. We’re 8 months in with our second child and this thing is still awesome. My wife and I use it everyday. There are a lot of super convenient features on the wireless screen part..like zooming, moving the position of the camera on the crib from the wireless device, turning the screen off to preserve battery and only hearing noise, especially at night and with 1 click or a button the screen turns on real time, no loading. No battery issues whatsoever. People leaving reviews about the battery life have unrealistic expectations about a wireless camera screen. This is for monitoring naps and bedtime, not put your baby in a room and watch them from another while you work for hours. When we first purchased this we were under the impression that we’d have a secondary view through an app, which isn’t the case. Which is fine, we have other cameras set up for that throughout the house. Definitely buy it!

Poor Battery Life
The internal battery of the monitor died within 2 years. After being fully charged it would die in a couple hours. I really like this camera system and all features, but didn’t want to spend the money on another system, so my husband and I did some research and found a replacement internal battery on Amazon for $20. Installation of the new battery was somewhat cumbersome but better than spending more money on another camera system!

Battery won't last more than a year
We used this product for ~1 year before we started having issues with the battery. We tried to reset it and follow the troubleshooting instructions provided by Eufy and nothing solved the issue. 1.5 years into using the monitor, it won't work unless it's plugged in. Highly recommend using an alternative on the market. At the price point for this product, you'd expect it to last more than a year. Eufy's warranty also conveniently covers only 12 months. Once you're out of warranty, they'll only offer 15% off to purchase a new one. Thanks but no thanks. There's dozens of alternatives on the market. I'll go another direction.

Stopped Working
The image is amazing. Very clear. However like with most other reviews it stopped holding a charge after about 7 months. It has to always be plugged in and positioned in a very specific way to see anything. And even plugged in it we would wake up to it randomly being turned off. Will be replacing with a different brand.
