This green curry cooking sauce has a sweet coconut cream base that's perfectly balanced with the savory flavors of shallots and garlic and the aromatic tastes of lemongrass, basil and lime leaves. Green Thai chilies round out the flavor profile with a medium level of spice that adds some heat without detracting from the other flavors. The sauce is made with no artificial flavors, synthetic colors or artificial preservatives and it makes a great addition to steamed rice, chicken and bell peppers.

this smelled like straight up cleaner when i opened it. i cooked it anyway thinking maybe it would tone down the smell. wrong. this is the worst tasting sauce i've ever had. moment of silence for the wasted ingredients and energy it took to produce this

Best Green Curry Ever!!!

Been looking for replacement Green Curry since Trader Joe's discontinued there's. Found this wonderful green curry at Target by the Portland Airport. Delicious. Had leftover ham and turkey from Thanksgiving. Made a rice dish with sweet onions, jalapeño and mushrooms. Wonderful. Only one problem. A 12oz jar doesn't very long. At least get 2. Enjoy

Taste was off, nasty lemony pine sol hint instead of lemongrass. No shrimp paste, so umami is also off. Glad I had some curry paste and coconut milk on hand or I would have thrown the whole dish away. Also very mild. Consistency was good.

Favorite sauce

A light flavor for those who don't like thick curries. Cool your meal and add it into the pan to cook ONLY at the last few minutes for best flavor. It's also my favorite
