It's ok

We have been several generations of Noritake owners. This set is not up to the standards that we are used to, and as such are considering returning. It looks nice, but it is not true bone china as advertised...meaning, you cannot see your hand through the china. And everyone knows that bone china is enabled to see a shadow in the light. Misleading description.

Elegant dishwater set

Very elegant set of dishes to be used for special occasions. This was a 20th anniversary gift to my daughter and her husband. The 20th is the ‘China’ anniversary. They both liked the dish set and look forward to using it soon.
