    Not what it seems!

    Vit d3 can only be obtained from meat sources. Vit d2 is from plant based sources, and is highly unreliable in quality. You claim this is both d3 and vegan. . . . Someone's lying!

    Hello Aaron! You're right. D3 is mainly derived from animal sources while D2 is often obtained from plants. This is why we use lichen which is a complex organism combining alga and fungus as a source for our vegan D3. The ability of lichen to synthesize vitamin D3 makes them a unique and plant-based source of this essential nutrient.

    Easy to open

    I was a little apprehensive about taking this vitamin because it is vegan. However, I did not have any issues with it. The directions were easy to understand and follow. I would like it to have a child safety lid. Other than that, I did not find any issues with the product.

    This is the one for vegan Vitamin D needs!
