Finally something that actually gets my face feeling clean! I use it in the shower before my normal face wash. I used to feel like my face wash was just smudging around my mineral-based sunscreen but now this stuff actually takes it off. It works!

Makeup Be Gone
I only wear mascara on a daily basis & this takes it off easy. I use it in the shower to remove my mascara & I just need a small finger nail worth & removes it without pulling my eyelashes. I've been using this for years and I've never used any other makeup remover since. I love that it's also in a balm form so it's easy to travel with & don't have to worry about liquid spilling.

Amazing Cleanser
I purchased this cleanser because I like Clinique, but I was amazed when I used it. WOW, it cleans so well and made my skin feel incredible. Not dry yet really clean. One of my favorites and a new staple in my home.

It just doesn't work
It doesnt remove mascara or lipstick. For something so expensive you would think it would work. This stuff doesn't even break down mascara or lipstick. It smears mascara around and gives you raccoon eyes, even after rinsing. I do love raccoons but I would prefer to not be one. I really dont see the hype sadly.

I use this balm as step 2 of my makeup removal process primarily for my face makeup and eyebrows. I use the liquid take the day off for my eyes and lips. I've tried many other brands but went back to this. Solid 10 for my mature skin

Does not remove mascara
I got this for the purpose of removing makeup. I use a lancome waterproof mascara, and this didn't even begin to break it down. It also really blurred my vision and it took a lot of rinsing with micellar water and washing my face to get the blurriness to go away. I already have sensitive and dry eyes, I didn't need all that extra nonsense thrown on top - for $44, absolutely not worth it. I've used other (cheaper) cleansing balms that don't cloud my vision. Will be returning, sadly.

Best remover
I use this daiky & love it. It's so smooth & silky, doesn't leave your face oily. A little goes a long way. I use a towelette with warm water, softer on my skin than a towel. Highly recommend.
