How to use:
(1) Start by cleansing with an oil-free cleanser. Make sure skin is completely dry. Do not use cream around the eye area. (2) Shake the tube. Apply a pea-sized amount to the top of the hand. (3) Using a clean, dry makeup brush, pick up a tiny amount of the product. (4) Using upward strokes, spread a thin layer of the gel underneath the eyes for puffiness, onto the crow's feet area, onto the "11" lines between the brows, and beneath and above the brow bone (but not on the moveable eyelid). (5) Let the product dry for approximately 5 minutes while remaining expressionless—do not squint or smile. (6) If you notice any white residue, simply moisten a cotton swab (or your fingertip) and remove excess by gently patting the edges. (7) Once product is completely dry, you are good to go! You can gently pat on foundation and/or apply powder. For external use only

Q: Can you wear makeup on top of this product?

A: It says that you can wear makeup over this, however, if any moisture touches it than it relaxes and you lose the effect. Maybe just powder on top would be ok, but definitely not a cream or liquid

This original version was my first time using and it left a residue on my face similar to an old time peel. Don't listen to people saying it wasn't applied right or too much was used or you need to use an applicator or it needs to be put on over your makeup - the list goes on. I exchanged this for the new reformulated version which is perfection in a tube!

Horrible product. Leaves extremely whitr residue even when only a little is applied like it says to do. No make up was used with this and skin was clean and prepped. I tried to give it another shot amd used again with unprepped skin.. Both outcomes were horrific and no change. Had high hopes for this.

At first you think omg! But then it dries your concealer and leave a white powdery residue. Try to wipe it off with finger and it made the powder residue worse. I ended up returning.

I bought the old and new formula . It helped with the bags very little. I had returned the orginal one they made cause it left a white residue. I bought the new one cause it said it doesn’t leave a white residue. I used the littlest amount and it still leaves a residue. The puffiness came back in a half hour. You also can’t wear and eye moisturizer or any kind of creams Csuse it don’t work well. It really isn’t worth buying.. I’m returning it..

my mom had this same type of product by a different company in the early 2000s. it didnt become a hit because it left white flakes where you applied it. well, this one does the same. you end up removing the majority of the product trying to get the dried up white flakes off. its way overpriced considering its a gimmick that isnt very practical.

Be careful! At first i was so happy it worked and then it turned to a bright red color, hot, itchy and the days following it peeled and flaked, I guess i’m allergic. I still can’t figure out the specific ingredient that caused that reaction. I am really sensitive to retinol.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I like this eye tightener. I have dry under eye area that tends to wrinkles and I am always looking for more hydration. The formula is great. It is easy to store and to take with you everywhere you go. I use it daily and I can see the results. My under eyes appear brightened, hydrated, healthy looking and firm.

I purchased the instant firm face tightener. What a rip off! I was excited to get it after seeing what it did in the ads. However, when it came and I applied it I didn't notice any difference. The next day I applied it to just one side of my face, used a blow dryer to dry it and the 2 sides looked exactly the same. I don't know what they use on the models in their ads that makes such a difference, but it isn't the lotion they are selling people. It is a complete rip off. So sorry I wasted my money.

Any bad ratings on this due to white flakes doesn't know how to use it properly. Yes, you occasionally will get some white residue, but it is easily removed with a damp q-tip. Most times I do not get the white stuff. It definitely sucks up the wrinkles and bags and I would never go without. Remember, less is more. A little goes a long way. Keep experimenting with it to get application down pat and you will love it as much as I do. It's best not used with any type of makeup under it or over it. Simply clean your under eye area with damp q-tip after applying your makeup and apply the serum in a light layer...
I would only buy it again if it don't leave a white residue

The product did get rid of the bags. It's just leaves white residue. I used a pea size amount or less. I tried it 4 times. As soon as you wipe off the residue you see the bags again. I tried it on top of makeup also. Same results.
