We would like to apologize for the unfortunate negative experience with our product. The decals will have to be on the wall at least 24 to 48 hours for the glow material to absorb enough light and they also work best in total darkness. Our customers typically tell us that the decals work best when exposed to direct light before they will glow in the dark, such as near a ceiling fan or room light fixture. For best results, we also recommend shining a bright light, such as a flash light, directly on the stickers prior to turning the lights off. If you have already shined a light on the wall decals and they continue to not glow, please let me know, as I am more than glad to send replacement product to you.
