Its a basket
At the end of the day, it’s a basket. It does what baskets do. Quality is good and it looks great in my space. We use it for stuffed animal storage in our son’s room. It did come with a slight tobacco-ish scent. It was not like cigarettes but like a masculine oaky tobacco candle. Not a bad smell, in fact, it was quite pleasant, just a warning. I’m sure it’s from the natural material.

Perfect size for what I needed. Holds its shape well. Only complaint is that is does have a slight smell to it but I think that’s just due to the material it is made out of. It’s not very noticeable but if you store linens in it the smell does seem to transfer if they have been in there for a while. Overall great value

Beautiful but moldy
This basket is so pretty and I used it next to my bathtub so my kids had something to toss their towels into. It as honestly brilliant because it actually worked and I was able to keep all my towels in one place. Unfortunately, this basket got so moldy that I had to toss it. It may be great for blankets instead, but don’t put anything slightly damp in there because it will mold immediately. I still would recommend it for other uses, but I don’t like how quickly it was ruined.
