Bad customer service!
Lately my orders are either missing something or items are damaged. I’m 80 years old and don’t need the extra foot work. Today I picked up some baskets I ordered. One of the baskets that’s suppose to be 13 inches exceeds 20 inches. I was told 0 on the floor so the person that pulled my order pulled this big one to save himself the trouble of crediting my account. Last pickup I received a crushed can of soup as well as a few I didn’t order. I ordered baby clothes to be sent for my nieces shower out of state. It was missing a main item. This is getting constant. What’s happening to Target. Used to be 5 stars. Workers are putting stuff they don’t want to do on the customer like substituting things out so we have to return when they can correct the account with adjusted balance. I have to take the time to stand in return lines and this makes 3 x this week!!! We are talking about mistakes and lazy employees making the customers do what they don’t want to. You can’t photograph that!

I love the look of these but give only 4 stars based on quality. I wouldn’t use this in a space where you are storing toys or pulling this out every day.
