Very disappointed in the color payoff of this liner. I was looking for a deep purple and the color comes out so light I had to go over it multiple times.

Best eyeliner you will ever buy!
This is the only eyeliner I buy. I’ve tried all different types. It stays put all day long. For the reviews saying it smudges or doesn’t last, have you tried an eye primer? I use ultas brand and don’t have any issues.
