A: It does bleach fabrics. I have spots on my bath mat and on the pants that I wore when I applied the product. The sprayers always leak, so I've learned extra caution is necessary.

Avoid contact with clothes, fabric, wood, rubber, carpet, painted/paper surfaces, non-porous vinyl surfaces, and finished floors. Rinse immediately after use on metal to avoid pitting or discoloration. Prolonged contact with metal, old porcelain, plastic laminate and marble may cause discoloration. This product causes eye and skin irritation. This product is not recommended for use by persons with heart conditions or chronic respiratory problems such as asthma, emphysema or obstructive lung disease. It is harmful if swallowed. For sensitive skin or prolonged use, wear rubber gloves. You should wash after handling and before eating, drinking, chewing gum, using tobacco or using the toilet. Magical Cleaner

Wow! I never write reviews and I felt compelled to write a review for this product. It worked like magic! I sprayed it on black mold spots on shower grout and caulking, let it sit for 20 mins, and it practically melted away! I washed it off after use. I didn’t even have to scrub. Before I bought this product, I had been trying everything to ged rid of the black spots- scrubbing excessively, using baking soda, nothing worked! This will be my go to from now on. Yes, it has a strong bleach smell… but what do you expect… it contains bleach!! Keep your bathroom window open, turn on the vent, and close the bathroom door while using the product. I like the smell of bleach so this doesn’t bother me. You can’t beat the price, either! 5 Stars!!!

This spray works great! I let the foam sit for about 10 minutes and then I scrubbed it out a little. Keep your bathroom well ventilated if you’re sensitive to chemical’s scent.

Too intense!

Smell is way too strong! I had to air the whole house out. My face was burning. On the positive note, it actually works. I would recommend making sure no kids are around and do small area at a time.

Dissolved almost black dye stains other cleaners only lightened!

This stuff is legit! It got dark hair dye off my tub in one application that other cleaners with bleach only partially removed with several sprays over multiple applications. It is STRONG. Wear a mask, put on the bathroom fan, and crack a window or door when you use. DO NOT MIX with other cleaners or you will be very ill. It is strong bleach to kill black mold and mildew. Don’t leave longer than directed! 1 minute to clean and wipe, 5 minutes to disinfect and wipe/rinse. My apartment complex is terrible and cheap and painted over the tile with regular paint and no sealant or tub safe materials, and this straight up bubbled that cheap paint off within a few minutes. Check a patch first to make sure this doesn’t happen to you, but hopefully your landlords aren’t as awful as mine (I don’t have a security deposit to worry about so patch test if you do).
