A: Please unfold and lay flat and let it relax for a few days. You can also try reverse rolling the rug or lay something heavy on top of rug.

A: You can use heavy furntiure and/or books, or anything heavy to help remove the creases. It also will take some time for the creases to come out.

Not only did this have a weird smell but it is smaller than 7 feet! I measured my patio so this rug would fit perfectly but the rug is smaller than expected. This is going to be a pain to roll back up and return!

Oval rug is not the same shape as on the website, it’s a true oval vs. having straight edges. I preferred the straight edges. The oval size wrinkles a lot more on the edges and I needed to put down a lot of rug tape to hold it in place. Otherwise, I love the pattern and flat weave feel.

I bought 2 of these rugs for my back patio. An 8x10 for my lower deck and a 9x12 for my upper deck. They are awesome, there was a strong chemical smell but after they set outside, it seemed to dissipate. I love the look and quality of them. I’d definitely recommend.

Great outdoor rug! A lot of rugs say “indoor/outdoor” but are actually fabric that would mold after being rained on a handful of times. This rug is actually the harder material (not sure of the exact term) that is actually suitable for the outdoors and being exposed to the elements. I returned bc it didn’t suit my space but would still recommend it.
