Not as advertised

Took a chance that the issue in the reviews of phones not being unlocked had been resolved. It hasn’t. Maybe the reviews stating it is have T-Mobile already. Complete waste of time and extremely inconvenient.

Good phones for the most part.

We bought 3 phones. All 3 are unlocked and work. 2 of the phones have updated to the newest software but the 3rd phone won't update and T-mobile says they don't recognize the device. I did multiple hard resets and it's been a pain. I'll have to return it because I want the newest software on all phones. Oh and my husband's phone has a cracked on the back of the phone. Other 2 phones only have small scuffs.

This phone had far more scratches than I expected to have and this is. T-Mobile phone and not an unlocked one.
