Love it!
My son in law requested it as one of his Christmas gifts. He said to give it a five star rating!

Nice springform pan!
After baking for years with an old non-stick pan with a creaky opener, this pan is a wonderful upgrade.

perfect cheesecake every time
Great pan for baking cheesecakes! Cooks evenly without water bath, no cracking. Easy to use, no need to wrap. Worth the investment for perfect results every time.

Terrible, Leaks!
Bought this a while ago, but never used it... until Christmas Day. As soon as I poured the batter into the pan, it started to leak all over my counter. I quickly grabbed a baking dish and poured everything in there. After it was empty, I checked to make sure the bottom of the pan was seated properly. It was. I put it in the sink and filled it with water to soak. It immediately began to leak, until nearly all the water had leaked out. This is pathetic! Nearly every pot and pan I own is Anolon. I expected this pan to meet the same fine standards I am accustomed to with this company. What a mistake!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We would suggest using a thicker batter or parchment paper to prevent the batter from leaking out.

The Best
I was married to a 5 star so he always had the best cookware and bakeware and by far, this has been the very best springform pan I have ever had the pleasure to cook with. I have now went back and purchased all new bakeware and cookware in Anolon and I love it!
