Buyer beware!
The pillow was much too firm for my taste. Furthermore, it could not be returned through the mail, even though it was an online purchase, because Target used a 3rd party seller. That wasn’t specified prior to purchase. I have to drive out of town to return it to the nearest store. I’ve never had this issue before but I will not order online in the future.

I found the petite size even though it is technically too small for my size it actually works better for me and is very comfortable. I love the center cut out. It gives the support that I need especially since I have re-injured my neck. It’s very comfortable

Hard, flat, no support. The pillow is much thinner than the picture leads you to believe. It was extremely firm, and yet not big enough to make much difference. I would have had to put another very thin pillow beneath it to boost it up to give any support. Returned it.

I'll never use another pillow
my chiropractor recommended this pillow. He said it may not be comfortable at first and would take some getting used to but that it would help with the pain in my neck. I haven't felt any discomfort. From day one I've slept well with it and I find it to be a very comfortable pillow. I have also notice a slight relief from the pain I had been experiencing in my neck! I'm hooked!!

I got this for my son with severe scoliosis and it has zero padding in the center so it makes his head lay in his shoulder. Very negative experience for this purpose

I love my new pillow. I’m sleeping well and NOT waking with shoulder/neck pain. I was pleased that you have different sizes since most pillows are too high for me. Only downside is having to re fluff the neck part every week or so. But since it works better than any pillow I’ve tried, I’m willing to put in the effort.

I purchased the medoum tri-core cervical pillow and was incredibly skeptical at first. I have tried numerous pillows, switching every few months, too try and desperately alleviate neck pain that triggers migraines. No pillow worked, and I was giving up hope. I purchased this fully convinced that it would be useless. To my surprise, it helps! I'm a side & stomach sleeper primarily with occasional sleep on my back. This accommodates all ways to slerp; although it's a bit awkward to adjust to if sleeping on my stomach. But I'm waking up with no neck pain which is a FIRST and I'm actually getting sleep without constant tossing, turning, and readjusting. I'm 5'3" and the medium pillow is perfect. Highly recommended if you have chronic neck pain.

My name is Lisa and I have a cervical spine injury from a fall down some stairs in 2010. This is actually my 2nd tri core pillow I have purchased. The first was bought at my chiropractor office, and it’s been a god send! I used my first one until I couldn’t use it no more lol your product has gave me relief from pain and I tell everyone about these pillows! So far so good
Took some getting used to. I’m a side/tummy sleeper and getting situated so my nose isn’t up against the ‘wall/bolster’ was a little challenging. I have Degenerative Disc Disease in my neck and get crazy headaches when I sleep and so far the support this pillow provides seems to be keeping my neck aligned and no headaches. Just a couple of weeks using it but I’m happy so far.

Long time user very disappointed
The way the pillows are now shipped rolled up instead of flat means the pillow has a divet right in the middle of the pillow, which means there is no neck support when sleeping on your back. Even with trying to “fluff” it and move the material back into place. I have used these pillows for at least the last 7 years after a recommendation from my chiropractor. I have always loved these pillows and recommended them to anyone with neck pain. I can no longer recommend them to others and now have to find another option for myself.
