The most stressful hour of my life
I could not for the life of me figure this out 😭 the instructions aren’t clear, the rod doesn’t lock and I’ve never been so stressed over a shower rod

Difficult to put together, there’s no way this could properly fit in a shower and is not secure. It is not as adjustable as advertised. This wouldn’t be worth my time even if it was free

TERRIBLE AND DANGEROUS!
Never could get it to completely tighten no matter what I did…even after following the directions to a tee. After only having it for 5 days, it fell in the middle of the night almost giving us a heart attack and almost shattered our glass shower door! I threw the box away so now I can’t return it…$40 WASTED 😡

Don't get tricked!
Bought this at the store for the razor holder on the left-hand side perfect for what I needed. I get home and open the box only to see that the design has changed, but they failed to change the packaging. Honestly, very misleading returned to the same day and was very upset for the inconvenience.

NOT as pictured on box
The box shows/lists removable baskets as a fixture and has larger razor holders on the side. We bought this product because it was pictured/described on the box as the exact same product we bought a few years back. This newer one is cheaper, has less space, and not as sturdy. Very disappointed by the false information/picture on the box.

Saves space
Like this shower caddy, it’s compact and helps save space. My only issue why this isn’t a 5 star purchase is that the middle caddy was dirty. If I wanted to buy used I would’ve. But it’s a bit unprofessional that I buy something full priced as new and it’s dirty inside.

Rubish!
This Particular Unit Reminds me of the term "Bait & Switch!" It's NOT as Portrayed in the picture on the box. We purchased the Supposedly Same Unit a while ago. It Was as Pictured on the box. A Superior Unit, same price, was even onsale then. The New 1 Actually Angers me! Not big enough to fit razor on the end. Same for hanging puff on other side, baskets cheaper made & not as sturdy or roomy.

Not worth the frustration.
I purchased this just a little over a year and it just fell out of the blue. Good thing no one was in the shower at the time. It’s not even worth the money I paid. After trying for 20 minutes to put it back up, I gave up and in the trash it went.

Do Not Buy This
Horrible setup, nearly impossible to set up correctly with enough tension. Returning immediately.

KDB- We are sorry for your trouble. This caddy is designed with a special strong-hold locking system that holds stronger and has less wobble than competing sets. However, it is important the instructions be followed for proper strength and tightening. In addition to the paper instructions and sticker instructions on the rod itself, indicating which way to turn to lock, we have videos on the Target site which will demonstrate how to simply assemble the product. We hope you are able to reference one of these to complete your setup.
