Too thin tumbler and frustrating cap design
A little too thin. I’d prefer a bit wider, shorter thermos. The thin base makes it very hard to clean, especially for something that stores coffee that needs to be cleaned frequently. Even some wider bottle brushes can’t fit easily inside. Additionally, the cap is poorly designed. There’s an ovular hole underneath the main hole where you drink from that’s small, hard to clean, and gets dirty easily. I’m guessing it’s there to control drink flow, but it’s not doing any favors.

Great travel tumbler
Keeps drinks at temperature for a LONG time. The only (minor) negative is that when drinking a hot beverage the condensation on the part of the lid that sticks up leaves a small drop of liquid on my nose every time I take a drink. I probably would get a larger one next time, but otherwise a great travel tumbler.

It’s good
It cups my coffee hot for a long time. Wish there was a keychain hook. I got the Forrest color matte which tends to keep the oil if i touch it from my hands being dirty from foods.

Lid leaks
It leaks out of the top every time I try to drink.

Love Zojirushi
Zojirushi are the absolute BEST Cups that I have ever purchased. My most recent is the carry Tumbler. It fits my cup holder in my car perfectly. And as always, my coffee is hot every time I take a drink. They are truly the best cups on the market. There is not another brand that even comes close.

Zojirushi Carry Tumbler
What sets the Zojirushi Carry Tumbler apart is the leak proof lid. Most stainless steel tumblers keep drinks hot or cold, but most of the lids leak. Zojirushi does not. It is also worth mentioning that the tumbler is light for a double wall design. The lid can also be taken apart for cleaning which is another excellent design feature. You can tell the amount of thought that went into this product by how much they got right.

Excellent quality, as expected from all Zojirushi products. I bought two for my family. My only wish is that the tumbler were a bit wider so my hand could fit inside for easier cleaning without requiring a brush.

Meh
Narrow size is good for fitting in tiny cupholders. The lid is complex, with two pieces to open to be able to drink. The angle to tilt it back to drink from is large, and you also can't get all of the liquid out well.
