This company sucks

Terrible customer service. We got this for the kids for Christmas. I went to build it in April once the weather got warm enough for them to use it. Of course once nearly done building found out I was missing one screw. Which is insane. What company doesn't send an extra couple screws - especially when the product costs $300? So I contact customer service. Yes I can go to Lowe's and try to find a match, but this thing was $300! Surely they can mail me a replacement screw. So first they ask for proof of purchase and the QC code. I give them proof of purchase and they then say "sorry we can't help you because you aren't in the UK. Take it apart and return it to target." Terrible customer service. Terrible they don't include extra hardware. Just terrible all around. That plus concerns that this tent is gonna tear and we will be unable to get a warranty replacement have me seriously concerned to keep this item.

Tear in tent after 4 months

Easy to put together but have a huge hole in the tent just 4 months after purchasing it. The company usually has a 1 year warranty. However, because the company is based in the UK and I was outside Target’s return window, there was nothing I could do.

Good, but.....

Overall, I like the this climber. It is exactly what is pictured; however, putting it together was not as easy as you would think. It took my husband and I about 3 hours. The directions and parts need to be better.
