    I have sensitive ears that tend to be on the smaller side. I originally purchased the standard AirPod 5s and found the hard tip to be quite hard to fit in my ear. I returned those, and bought these instead. I was quite delighted to see that the ear tips come in multiple sizes ranging from XS-L. The small eartips were absolutely snug. Sound quality is nice, not as good as AirPod S2 but it’s much more enhanced and has useful features like Conversation recognition, live translation, and head tracked sound! Not to mention the amazing ANC. Perfect for students looking to get some work done, or just people who want to block out external noise.

    Fails to seal and doesn't last long

    I will start off by saying that the noise cancelling on these is very good, it is a clear improvement from the previous generation. However, I cannot recommend these. All of the ear tip sizes caused the buds to immediately fall out of my ears, so I’ve had to buy off brand memory foam tips. After only about 6 months, they’re also already starting to have weird issues with sound, like whistling/wind noises. Not worth the price, I might go back to the 2nd generation ones which lasted me a few years.

    Horrible battery life compared to previous generations with the same level of performance. My old AirPods could go 3 days on one charge, I’m lucky to get through one day with these. Save your money and just buy an older generation or go with a different brand all together.

    Complete Waste of money and time

    Noise Cancelling mode does Not work with my iPhone 14 and I even have the most updated iOS software. Trying to communicate with Apple is impossible. I’m the one who told them this mode isn’t compatible with older iPhones. I don’t even know anything about technology and I figured it out before them. While they were troubleshooting shooting my iPhone by screen sharing they messed up other things with my iPhone so I have that issue as well. For how expensive these are and with AppleCare you would think I would have better customer service. It’s been terrible. I’ve wasted so much time by going into a store for appointments and even phone appointments. Trying to call them is impossible. You’re told to wait for whoever is working with you to call you. However they never call😡
