A bit fragile
Used it a couple of times then dropped it on the floor. It shattered into pieces. So the quality is poor. Until then it was working fine.

Best tool for face and neck
The best tool for sculpting your face. I would recommend use this tool after 30 for sure. It’s a fragile tool, so be careful when you put tool on surfaces like granite or marble. Make sure use some kind of lifting cream while you’re face or neck massage.

Great, sturdy little tool
Have used this everyday since I first got it, it’s easier to use than a previous gua sha tool that I had and much sturdier. My precious tool broke when I dropped it in the shower. I dropped this one the other day and was so happy to see that there wasn’t a scratch on it. I also like that it comes in a case that’s useful for storing and has a diagram for which part to use on sections of your face.

Enjoyable on my skin
This is real jade and feels great on my skin. I only was able to use it about two weeks until I accidentally dropped it and broke it. However, I enjoyed it so much I bought another one.

Skincare must have!
I’m so happy with my GUA SHA! It’s fantastic quality and glides smoothly across my face and hands. It gives my face a mini massage and I also use it to scrape my hands (carpel tunnel) and it’s been amazing. I wish I invested in one sooner!

HELPS SO MUCH
I use this for my facial lymphatic massages, it is supposed to drain the fluid from you reface and in return, reduce any swollen areas. this tool helps so much, worth it!!! also heavy, good product!

Do not open near tile floor

I'm loving it!!
Great case for safekeeping, easy to use and hold, and definitely gets rid of puffiness. I swear the line between my eyebrows is receding too. What a lovely luxurious massage and I look forward to it every day.

Broke after one use.... my fault
Well I can only give a 3 because I only got to use it once and it seemed OK..... Unfortunately I dropped it and it shattered. Just be careful with it. Had I used it more I had high hopes that it would do ok for me. Oh well

Face feels great!
I knew this was going to be a good purchase when it came and had really nice packaging. After using the jade stone for a week, my face feels great!! I do it first thing in the morning and it wakes me up and I start the day feeling refreshed. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the shape makes it super easy to hold.

I was loving my jade stone, and I was using nightly with either rose hip oil or grape seed oil but I dropped it on my tile floor and now it has a crack running through it

Broke when i dropped it !
The product is good to use, but I believe it may not be that good of a quality. I only had it for a while. I dropped the piece on my vinyl floor and it broke into several pieces.Recommend to keep it safe and do not drop it.
