    Best Seat in the House

    We literally fight each other off to see who gets to sit in the chair that evening! Comfortable, relaxing...order process and shipping was a breeze. Might have to buy a couple more to keep the fighting to a minimum.

    Comfortable and affordable...

    Chair is comfortable, and doesn't take up a lot of room. The vibration is fairly intense at high level - but I like that. The instructions need to be a little more clear. I am mechanically inclined, so it was a non-issue for me; however that may not be the case for everyone. Overall I am very satisfied, and would recommend this chair to someone who isn't looking to spend a fortune, but yet don't want a chair made of crappy material either. If that describes you - then you won't be disappointed with this purchase.

    The chair massage goes all the way to the neck but it doesn't actually massage the neck because of the shape of the chair versus the curve of the neck. The chair is very comfortable and looks good. We like it very much. Your instructions are atrocious, I don't even know why you put them in the box.

    Nice recliner for the price

    I like the quality and firmness for this recliner. The massage features seem to work fine. Could use a little more seating height but it's not bad. I've only had it for a couple of weeks so time will tell.

    Comfortable chair

    I'm very happy with this chair. It is comfortable and sturdy. The heat feature could be better as it does not get very hot but other than that it is well worth the money. Not too difficult to put together but the directions, if you can call them that, are pretty worthless.

    Very satisfying and comfortable.

    The product came with all the instructions required to assemble making it very easy. It is not only recliner but also has additional options such as massaging. This chair is more than comfortable. Its very good value for money. I would highly recommend buying it. One of the best products I ever bought. The product is also very safe to use. The massaging gives a good relief to my body.

    So disappointed!

    I'm so disappointed. I expected this chair to provide a REAL message experience. Instead, it "vibrates." Yes, vibrates, with an annoyingly disconcerting buzzing sound. Also, the chair is much lower to the floor than anticipated. There is a crank but it is absolutely useless. It does recline very nicely. People, keep your money in your pocket and move on...

    AWESOME

    OMG, this replaced a 600$ massage chair! It is way more comfortable, doesn't need eggshells between in and the cover blanket to soften the massage balls and is equally as effective if not more since it has heat. I am a programmer so I spend more time in this chair than anywhere. I am 5'10", 140lb, HWP and it is perfect. I am guessing if you do not exceed the weight capacity this chair will fit you just fine regardless of height.
