Sham zipper issue
Overall, I thought this was a decent duvet cover for the price. It was soft enough for me and the color was accurate to the picture. I was going to keep it but discovered the zipper in both pillow shams were sewn the wrong direction so they would not close. So that's a bit annoying now I have to return. I'll reorder one more time, maybe it was just the one I received.

Studio Mcgee green set
This is our 3 rd set buying this comforter set and duvet set. I love the duvet set better. It looks more high end with a down insert. One important thing if your considering buying this set… if you use regular detergent the fabric fades to an awful green yellow color . I use Persil pods detergent and hand wash by hand or hand wash in the washing machine.

It’s not super scratchy/itchy but it doesn’t feel great on bare skin This is also the hottest material/bedding I have ever owned and not in a good way. I keep my bedroom cold at night and I sweat through the night! It’s not breathable. I wish I could still return this

Not what I thought I ordered. Ordered white and dark gray. It is a very yellow eggshell color. The hem is also almost a ruffle. Doesn't lay flat like the pictures suggest. Very thin. Fabric is linen like but rough. Zipper closure is nice but the ties are minimal and short.

Rough fabric
The color is basically accurate, though less warm than I hoped. The fabric has a more pronounced burlap-like texture than the photo and is prickly. I can't imagine anyone wanting it close to their neck or face. Then again, I feel the same about linen, so maybe some people have higher tolerance. I returned it.

Scratchy fabric, inside corner tie arrived detached.
The fabric is quite rough, and upon first use, one of the corner ties was completely detached. I had to sew it on myself. We’ll see how it holds up, but it seems like poor quality based on this. Something nice about this set though, is that the pillow shams zip closed. This is unusual but I did like that detail because I hate when pillowcases fall off of the pillow.

Studio Mcgee doesnt dissappoint!
I think this duvet is a really good pottery barn dupe. For the sale price, it’s a steal. Couldn’t touch a duvet and shams for this price at Pottery Barn. I got the camel color. I would say the color is off from the photo. Definitely more of a neutral, light brown shade. Does not have the warm “rust-like” tone like the picture or what I would describe as camel. That being said, I like it as I already have a Cassaluna duvet that is more camel in color. The Studio McGee linen like fabric is far nicer than the Cassaluna one for a better price. I don’t think you can go wrong for the price (especially the target circle sale price) for what you get.
