This item is not sold by target it’s target+ SO what that meant is that the return window is SUPER small and they wouldn’t allow me to return it. I had no clue it wasn’t the normal return policy or I would have rushed to send back. Sadly the quality is awful! Super thin.

I read all the reviews, I price shopped, and for what I needed this rug was perfect. Very happy with the whole experience and quality of rug and underlay. This was for a high traffic kitchen in a farm house.

These rug pads are cut to fit - meaning they come about 5” too big requiring you to cut them to size. I wish I would’ve been made aware before purchasing. It’s not the easiest task cutting down an 8x10 rug especially when there are no grids or guides on how to cut.
