Missing wood piece

The single wood piece is missing, That’s really annoying because i can’t finish it without the piece, u don’t know what to do here, i need the piece now.

Worst Ever !

Initially I noticed a huge scratch on the surface of the island. Was aggravated but I was going to put my owns peel and stick surface on it. Obviously the hassle of returning something that weighs as much as this swayed me as well. AND: The screws do not tighten ! I ended up just gluing everything I fastened. I actually pretty much glued everything as if I didn’t it would probably rattle at the wind from my ceiling fan. Had to use my own screws for the door fasteners as glue would be useless on those. In retrospect I should have returned it. It was just soo bad it became entertaining. Crap wood, or whatever it is. If your a glutton for punishment,as I obviously am, by all means buy it. Otherwise go on to the next island. Btw I have 5 kids and have put together 100s of things.

Cheap materials, damaged top

The island is made with cheap materials, what you should expect at this price point. Top drawer rubs on underside of the countertop. “Stainless steel” top seems to be a thin sheet of aluminum and arrived with ripples, dings, dents. Took 2.5 hours to assemble just to find these issues. Tried to initiate an assembled return and ended up accepting a 2/3rd refund to keep it.
