Greed
There is no reason why these should be this expensive. They used to be around $20. Corporation greed is out of control. I would rather give temu my money since I'm sure it all comes from the same place anyways. This country doesn't make anything and still sells products as if it's something made out of gold.

Unavailable?
Disliked that I had to order it online as it was “unavailable in stores”. Liked that I was at least able to get it as I needed to replace e the filter in my machine. I was able to pick up this “unavailable” item about two hours after I ordered it.

They don't support by their products!
They deserve zero stars for the price gouging! These used to be a maximum of $20 each, and was usually a little cheaper (like $15). Now the filters are super hard to find and you can’t order from Holmes themselves. You can maybe find knockoffs on Amazon and Temu, but they are NOT certified/authentic so who knows if they’re actually doing anything for invisible pollutants. The company doesn’t even sell its own filter, but still have the purifiers available. I don’t know who is worst, them or Levoit who sold purifiers as true HEPA but weren’t. Just buy yourself a new unit from another company. That’s my game plan.

Price is a no go
Would love to give zero stars for the pricing. These used to be no more than 20 dollars. Amazon has the knock offs that seem to work, but I’ll be shopping for a new system as you might as well buy a whole new one for the cost of the filters.

Rip off
Are yall kidding me . Don't talk about meeting demand regarding the price of these filters it's pure ridiculous that two filters cost over $60.00 I. And they were probably made in another country. I wouldn't buy them for the price you're selling they use to be below $40.00 . Go kick some rocks and rethink what you're selliing or remove the product.

Price gouging
I've purchased 5 Holmes filters for my house and 3 for other households over the last five years. They are excellent allergen filters and helped us stay healthy during wildfire season in the Rockies. We have one in every bedroom. The replacement filters used to sell (2021) for $29 a two pack. Now they're $59. That's nearly the price of the entire filter unit when I began buying these. I feel betrayed by Holmes/Bionaire for pricing hardworking families out of clean air. Doubling the price is cruel and not justified by an increase in function, particularly in 2023 when supply chains have stabilized. Way to alienate loyal customers.

Expensive Now
Love these for our purifier but can’t believe there selling for $20 more now and not sold instore! They used to be $35!
