A: Hi Melissa, Thank you for your question. Our Wearable Breast Pump comes with a 1-year motor warranty.
A: Not if you buy through Target. The motors stopped working properly and Lansinoh refused to exchange them. Terrible experience with the product and customer service. Wouldn't recommend at ALL.
A: Hello Mel, thank you for your question. We recommend cleaning the parts in warm, soapy water after each use. To disinfect the parts, we recommend placing the parts into a pot with enough water to make sure they are covered. Please ensure they do not come in contact with the bottom or sides of the pot. The parts can be boiled up to 5 minutes. If you have any other questions, please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com. Thank you.
A: Hello Lolaep, each collection cup can hold up to 8 oz.
A: Hi Sarah, thank you for your question. Our Wearable Breast Pump includes hospital-strength suction.
A: Hello YogaGal007, yes our Wearable Breast Pump is latex free.
A: Hi Jessica, yes, our Wearable Breast Pump is FSA/HSA eligible.
A: Hi Wesley, Our new Wearable Breast Pump comes in a set of two!
A: Hello katyrdn, Thank you for your question. We recommend boiling the pump parts for 5 minutes to disinfect and wiping down the pump hubs with a low-level disinfectant. If you have any other questions, please send an email to wecare@lansinoh.com. Thank you.
A: Hello KY, there are just 4 pieces on each side that require cleaning, with an additional 5th piece if you opt to use one of the included silicone flange inserts to adjust the flange size. We hope this helps!
A: Hello B, once the wearable pumps are properly positioned in your bra, they can be easily controlled by the buttons that are conveniently located on the top of the pump hubs.
