Q: Is there a warranty? I've bought similar pumps before that were fantastic until the suction started to die out. I'm afraid to spend the money on this and the same thing happen w/o warranty.

A: Not if you buy through Target. The motors stopped working properly and Lansinoh refused to exchange them. Terrible experience with the product and customer service. Wouldn't recommend at ALL.

A: Hello Mel, thank you for your question. We recommend cleaning the parts in warm, soapy water after each use. To disinfect the parts, we recommend placing the parts into a pot with enough water to make sure they are covered. Please ensure they do not come in contact with the bottom or sides of the pot. Great but issues
I’m now 10 days postpartum and I absolutely loved my wearable pump as I just had twins and I have a toddler so a wearable pump is a must! My problem is they’ll say they’re fully charged and once I start pumping for about 5 minutes they’ll suddenly die and say they’re need charged… that’s a huge problem for me! Not sure why I’m having this issue but I’m very frustrated by it

Pros and Cons
After a little bit of a learning curve this pump worked well for me. I never had any issues with leaking and found it far easier to use and more comfortable than the Willow Go, which I absolutely hated. BUT, replacement parts for this model are hard to come by, and mold has started to develop in a part of the pump that is impossible to clean so I have to get rid of it. Make sure your pump is completely dry before storing every time (which is sometimes hard with a wearable if you're always on the go!)

I love them but they leak!
I got this pump and I love it, however, it leaks. I can’t take it no more, I thought I wan’t putting the things together properly but it still leaks!! I am trying to find something replacement parts and I can’t seem to find them anywhere 😔 I wanted to keep using it but I would need to bring extra shorts and bras.

Also, make sure the parts are dry and remove any residue around the rim before assembling to prevent leaks. Make sure you are following the included cleaning instructions. The parts should not be placed into a sterilizer or microwave. This can impact the performance and reliability of the parts. Lastly, when placing the pumps into your bra, make sure the bottom of the flange isn’t pressing against the fabric. Adjusting the pump this way can disrupt the seal and affect its performance.

Only 5-6 months of usage— Leaking milk: suction and parts were put in correctly and all instructions were followed. Not charging. Not suctioning.

Doesn’t work easy as it should
I bought this pump because it held more ounces and said hospital grade. Worked good the first time I used it but I’ve used it about 10 times since and every time it sounds like it’s working and suctioning correctly but it is not. It is not suctioning and I even fix the placement multiple times. The only way I have got it to work is putting it back together and apart multiple times. It should not be this difficult for a pump to work/ put together. It waste my work break and some days left me skipping a pump since I didn’t have time or a longer break to figure it out. I do not recommend this pump to anyone.

Amazing portable pump!
I began using this almost a month ago, and was so happy. The buttons are easy to use, and aren’t confusing like other pumps I’ve tried. They are also slim and not bulky whatsoever which I’ve had issues with in the past. Would absolutely recommend these!

I bought this pump because it holds 8 oz which is perfect for my over supply. It's super comfortable to wear. I've used lansinoh products my entire pumping experience for all 3 kids. Buy it, I promise you won't regret it!!

I am very disappointed that I cannot find anywhere to replace the diaphragm piece to my pump.... making it impossible to use my pump! :(

Disappointed. Leaks everytime in use!
I had my insurance pay for this pump and was so excited to have a wearable pump. With my first child I was always hooked to the wall and I didn’t enjoy it. I was excited for the convenience of this one and the reviews were great so I went for it. I’m not sure if I got a faulty one or what but EVERYTIME I wear it i am losing close to an ounce of milk because it leaks to the point I’ve got milk running down my stomach. I have tried moving it and repositioning it and it doesn’t matter how it’s sitting, it leaks everytime. I hardly ever use it and I’ve had to go and purchase another wearable pump. Super disappointing.

Great pump! Just experienced some leakage!
I am a first time mom and I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE my Lansinoh wearable pumps! I love how easy they are to clean and put together! However, recently I’ve noticed that my pumps leak through the bottom after I hit about 3oz. The milk goes all over my bra and on to my clothes. I’ve checked so many times that they at put together correctly and they are! All together, I really really love my pumps! Just wished they didn’t leak!:)

Suction issues.
I love this pump when it actually works! I have issues with suction every couple times I use it. Even if everything is put together correctly. I would take it apart and put it back together multiple times and it doesn't seem to help. The pump itself works and suctions good but the container seems to be the issue.

Easy to wash, store & travel with.
Seven months in and I find this pump very convenient. Easy to wash, sterlize and travel with as it only contains 3 parts to wash. I wear them sometimes driving home, folding laundry and cooking. I did notice one of the engine's battery life drains faster than the other, but I have learned to charge at nighttime. Also, not sure where I can find replacement parts for these but I have reached out to customer service hoping they can assist.

Avoid this pump
I’m not sure if I saw the large capacity of the cups and was sold on that feature but I did not see all these terrible reviews before I made this purchase. They are all true. Between fighting to get a proper seal to even allow the suction to work and the milk still leaking on top of that!!!! It is a total waste of time, effort, and milk. It will cost you so many ounces in milk and hinder your supply. Do your research mamas and go with something else.

Purchased in February 2025
I was excited to try this brand when I purchased it in February. The suction is great as long as it’s assembled correctly. However, I was disappointed with the leakage issue. Once it reaches a certain capacity, it starts to leak, even when I ensure everything is tightly assembled. Unfortunately, this flaw makes it unreliable for me, so I would rate it a 1

Do Not Buy
Giving this 5 stars so people can see this review - I used my insurance and got this pump. I had to pay $89 extra to get it and it’s the worst pump I’ve ever used. I was meticulous about making sure everything was charged, clean, and put together properly and I still had issues with no suction. As a first time mom experiencing pumping for the first time as well, this was such a poor experience. I am so bummed I used my one opportunity of getting a pump covered by insurance on this. I’ve since had to purchase other pumps with my own money because I can’t use this one.

DONT BUY THIS PUMP
I gave it 5 stars to this review would be seen by anyone thinking about buying. This pump is cheaper than all of the other hands free pumps but it is garbage! One of the pumps sucked milk into the motor on the first use and was toast. The other one lasted about three months and eventually lost suction. They also leak when they are about half full. If you must make this purchase, get the warranty. It will definitely come in use.

Great pump but leaks
I got the new design and it leaks while pumping and the parts pop off from each other during removal, it's like they aren't clicking together all the way no matter how much I try

Good pump but doesn't seal
I was so excited to get the handsfree pump by lansinoh, to have more freedom and to be able to make it easier to pump while we were on the go. The first time I used it, it leaked wasting half my milk on one side. I get the pump to click in(seal) but they still leak from time to time. The seal on them are weird I feel like a rubber seal would work better or maybe clips that would go all the way around. I thought about returning it but I need another pump because the one from before( same brand) the battery isn't working properly in it. I love my old pump so I decided to go with the same brand. Other than the seal issue the pump itself works great! I love how it fits in my bra and I have more freedom with this one. The suction is also really good. Sometimes I have to mess with it to start working but once it does it works really well. I also like that this pump came with multiple size flanges because I wear a size 28 not most accommodate for that size, they run smaller. It's also minimal of four parts to assemble which is really nice other than the part where it doesn't seal properly. If the pump sealed it would definitely be a 5 out of 5 star pump.
