    Terrible Customer Service

    The item was broken. The nozzle was cracked off when I received it. They offered to replace but I am disabled and couldn’t get back there the same day. When I returned to get a replacement they said I had to go inside to replace. I can’t do that.

    I have pretty resilient skin/hair, but whatever is in this is causing me to have a horribly itchy scalp. Like I have Lice. Smells good but not worth it.

    I have thick hair & not a lot works for it. Yes, had to use a few pumps to get a full lather but it left it feeling clean & not weighted down. Mixed it with the hair oil in shower after & end result came out silky smooth, not greasy & manageable!

    New scent formula for Santal Bloom??

    What happened?? I’ve been using nearly all of the Saltair products in their Santal Bloom scent for a few years and LOVE it. But I just bought shampoo, conditioner, and body wash again and they all smell completely different. Did they recently change the formula or did I just get a bad batch? It smells chemically and rancid this time around 😭

    If you love weighed down hair it’s for you

    Really wanted to love it bc the scent is great, I’m obsessed with the skin oil… don’t think it’s marketed right or mayb Idk … my hair is shiny, I’ll give it that - but my normally 3-5 day wash cycle out the door bc this weighs hair down so much looks like a grease ball next day. No amount of dry shampoo can fix it. Passing this down to my slick back loving tween… sad I REALLY wanted to love this! 2 stars for scent (though doesn’t really last) and added shine

    Caused immediate dandruff

    Used twice and noticed a ridiculous amount of dandruff and flaky scalp, which I did not have an issues with two weeks ago before I started using? After checking reviews, I found it’s because of this. Last time I impulse buy in store based on scent. Pantene ProV is better than this! Going to have to dump or maybe use for shaving my legs. Waste of money.

    Please take this off of shelves! This shampoo ruined my hair and I find so many reviews saying the same! I used this for 3 months and I lost a significant amount of hair and in addition to fall out my hair is now horribly damaged. I had to get it cut yesterday because my hair is dry and brittle it started breaking off. I wish I had realized what was going on sooner! Do not buy this product! Look at the reviews here and across other sites!

    Do not use this!

    Ruined my hair! Don’t buy this! I’ve been using this shampoo and the conditioner for 3 months.. this week I had to go trim a good bit off of my hair because my ends had become soooo dry and brittle and I’ve lost so much hair I started taking a supplement to try to fight it. I didn’t put it together until today and came to the reviews to confirm. I wish I would have known sooner, when I bought it there were only a few reviews and they were pretty positive. This shampoo ruined my hair. Do not use this.
