Buyer beware this item ships from upstate New York. the shipping department made no effort to insulate the ceramic tree shipping to Southern California. The tree came broken in three spots. The base was broken off and then star and there was a gouge out of the side of the body of the Christmas tree. I was very disappointed and surprised that someone who was shipping this item was so careless Not to go to great lengths to protect the item from breakage. Basically, they just threw it into a box Starside down in it original plastic and then they threw a couple sheets of packaging on top and the packaging wasn’t even touching the tree with absolutely no chance of protecting it from breakage, I’m just stupefied why they would not have taken the time to wrap the tree in bubble wrap. Obviously this person could care less about their quality of work or job
