Parts are missing (upper and lower supports) states it ships in two boxes only received one. States the shipment was delivered. Cannot contact anyone for support.

This heater is by far my favorite. It works with propane so your easily able to use it anytime without power. It has wheels and is easy to move anywhere. It has autoshutoff so if it gets tipped and is about to fall it will shut off and not start a fire.
