Q: hello. are these dishes microwaveable? these have the metallic rim so I wanted to just confirm

Gibson stoneware

I ordered the Gibson blue stoneware with the gold trim. Lovely but dark spots appear on the trim when used in the microwave. Unsightly to see black spots here and there. I’m sure it’s areas missed during baking the stoneware. Very disappointed.
