To ensure the freshest water and a long-lasting fountain, it is recommended to replace your carbon filter every two to four weeks, but more frequently if multiple pets drink from the fountain. submitted byHector - 1 year agoA: I measured the carbon filter in my white premier pet fountain and it is a flat square. It’s a little bigger than 2 1/2 inches. More like 2 5/8ths.

This is the correct filter for the smallish Premier Pet Water Fountain. works great. Just remember that fountain & filter are small, so change more often than bigger fountains. also, you need the little black porous sponge one. Target has these. Yea!!
