Torn Valve
Loved the stainless steel feature of the cup. Keeps drinks cold. Unfortunately, the valve on the straw started tearing. I’m not sure if my kids drank the pieces that have torn off. It’s not very safe, in my opinion.

I didn’t realize it was made of heavy steel. Please make sure your toddlers have good grip before buying. Dropping this on their foot was be painful. It’s heavy.

We love Zak cups and the insulated ones are our favorite. I use these as milk cups for my kids. My daughter is obsessed with Moana and so this was a big hit! They do leak a little if they hit the ground really hard.

Cute design but they leak. We have multiple of these cups and all of them leak out of the sides. I tried not filling it up all the way because I thought that may be the issue, but it still leaks regardless

Love this tumbler! What I love the most is that it's easy to clean! You can disassemble all the parts (even the rubber part in the lid's rim) so I don't have to worry about mold growing anywhere! My daughter loves Moana so she loves it too. She even drinks more water from this cup haha

This is my go to cup for my 2 year old. We have about 4 of them now and I'm confident she will use it for several years to come! It DOES NOT leak and this is the best feature in my opinion. It's also easy to clean and doesn't build up mold like other cups I've used before.

Cute design, weak/leaky valve.
Loved the design. Unfortunately, the valve inside the straw was ripped and the cup leaked when tilted. I also felt it was unsafe to use because of the loose flaps of silicone where the valve was. We have another of the same cup with a different superhero design and no problems. Unfortunate that we couldn’t continue to use the cup with the princess design.

Rusted Lid
We have another Zak cup that we got for my son 2 years ago and still in great condition. Not sure if it was a manufacturing difference but we got the princess cup a few weeks ago and all around the rim is rusted now :(
