Ksports 16 Inch Wide Foldable Home Treadmill w/ Bluetooth & Fitness Tracking App

Ordered this treadmill back in November 2023, works great! We had to move it to another room but when we tried to unfolded it didn't work. I contacted customer service and they requested a short video showing the problem, they said it looked like the spring broke and they offered to send me a new one along with the video on how to replace it. I was able to replace the spring and now I can use the treadmill again. Alice was my customer service agent and she was extremelly helpful, she replied quick to my emails and said if I needed any further assistance to let her know. Overall, I am really happy I ordered this treadmill and more now that I know if I have any issues they will help me resolve.

I liked the functionality but I had to return as it was too small for my boyfriend (both narrow and weight wise).

Missing parts. Both locking pins for the adjustable wheels were not in the box. Tried calling the contact number waited for 45 minutes and no one ever picked up.

I have loved having a treadmill at home, I am a gym guy through and through, but on days when it's hard to get out of house with life and kids, this has been a most welcomed newcomer in our home. It takes away the excuse of "I couldn't get to the gym". I highly recommend this treadmill!

This a very durable, quiet, compact and perfect for me. Plus It came with a bonus safety key for a quick stopping the machine, 2 dumbbells And an Ab mat.

I was a bit skeptical about this treadmill, took it out of the box and thought Uggg I have to put it together, well what a nice surprise for me, it was super easy to assemble and it works well in my space, this is a fun little treadmill that is easy to store when necessary, it has some really fun functions, bluetooth and a great tracking App. I am not a skeptic any more, this 16 inch folding treadmill by Ksports is a great product!

It also is super light weight and easy to move. I was surprised how easy it was to put together it took less than an hour. It is pretty study as well and doesn’t squeak or shake. The Bluetooth tracking feature is nice too.

The treadmill is quite lightweight and easy to move as well. It took us approximately 30 minutes to unpack it and set it up. The process was easy and quick. The manual had easy-to-understand steps to follow and the setup process was minimal. It is very compact and doesn’t take up a lot of space and it features 0.6 to 6.2 Mph speed as well as 3 levels of manual inclines (although the difference between the 3 levels isn’t significantly higher) and 12 preset workout programs. It also came with 2 small dumbbells and an ab mat. It makes very little noise and it’s a perfect addition to our home gym. Also, the quality of the material is amazing.
