Q: Can you think about changing the can to make it easier to open? It's difficult as is with only 1indent and then when you hold your baby it's nearly impossible to open. Love the product not the can!!!

A: Very hard to open even with 2 hands terrible when baby is crying. Wish they can make opening easier one less thing to stress over and manage.

A: Yes, absolutely. If you want to save formula for later, you can keep it in the fridge (capped!) for up to 24 hours.

A: Great question! Each unopened can of ByHeart is good for 24 months, but for exact dates, you can see the "Use By" date on the bottom of your can. Once opened, our formula can be used within one month (be sure to tightly cover the can after each use!).

But while our label might’ve changed, our formula did not! A: Our formula has 20kcal per fluid ounce (we are unable to release the exact kcals per gram, as it is proprietary), and one scoop displaces approximately 7mL or 0.2fl oz of water.

A: Thanks for considering ByHeart! Our infant formula is made with a patented protein blend that includes whole milk, so it does contain dairy. While we have not studied tolerance of our formula specifically in infants with dairy sensitivity, results of our clinical trial showed our formula was easy to digest with less spit-up and softer poops in our nationwide clinical trial. That being said, infants have a wide range of sensitivities, so we suggest you speak to your pediatrician to see if ByHeart might work for you and baby!

I’m really happy with it,it doesn’t make him gassy, and his stool stays soft and normal. He drinks it well and seems very satisfied after each bottle. The nutritional value is impressive,it has high-quality proteins, DHA, ARA, and prebiotics that help with digestion and brain development. This is the formula my baby is used to now so I’m scared to change it but the lid is sooo annoying ! My husband and baby sitter have said the same. We need like a pop lid, we don’t always have 2 hands to work with having a baby and toddler. I’ve considered switching so many times

My infant did not experience tummy discomfort, able to drink with ease and enjoyed the taste as an alternative to breastmilk. It should be stirred with a utensil well as it takes longer to dissolve, and cannot be shaken as it will become foamy.
