[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this brand! My favorite part is the high quality glass and simplicity of design. Overall this is a great personal blender. Couldn’t have asked for a better one. Already recommended it to friends and they’ve received theirs also. The vacuum is a huge bonus. So so happy I found this! Highly recommended!

I was SO excited about this blender, the glass is stunning, the glass drinking mug alone made me so excited to start blending as I opened my package. I was hoping the reviewers complaining about power were being unfair, alas. I am blending banana, soaked dates and berries in my smoothie and it's epic how bad the blend comes out, despite taking almost half an hour to blend for the recommend time then waiting to not over heat then reblending in order to not see big chunks while vaccuming between to attempt to keep the seal. The texture despite using easy to blend foods and plenty of liquid, is rough!! Simply horrific unappealing texture. Also, the lid seal does not hold the vacuum seal which is literally why I thought I was compensating on blend quality. UGH! I have a cheap, smallest version 15 yr old OG bullet blender that blends MUCH smoother. Very disappointing, I was planning on getting the larger blender if I was half way impressed with this smaller vaccum blender version but for the price and performance, I'm shocked this unit made it to production and I worry about the quality of the brand overall after this experience. :'(

Motor smells after less than a minute of use, sometimes you can smell heated plastic. This was just blending a banana and pure juice, I haven't tried to blend anything harder yet. The lid rings that connect inside the glass don't seal properly a lot of the time. Maybe it came with a faulty lid. If you vacuum blend, you can see spots where air bubbles bubble in when the content is in contact with the bottom seal.
