Black and decker personal ceramic eater

I just received this heater today as a gift. This heater is is also a fan that you can run without the heat. The heater has two controlls. One to adjust the level of heat it puts out and the second one to adjust the level of heat that it puts out, the second one to either operate the fan or how Strong it blows the heat out. This is a very efficient heater and heats up immediately warming the room quickly. It also has a safety button on the bottom of the heater In case the heater is knocked over it shuts off immediately. So far i'm very pleased with this heater and would highly recommend.
