Color is not as shown

The thickness and quality of the rug is nice, however the color is much darker than is shown in the pictures. I ordered the grey/neutral, and mine looks much more like the charcoal/neutral shown. I just re-ordered the silver/neutral and I'm hoping it is lighter like it is in the picture.
