Avoid Purchasing at All Cost

Avoid buying this product. They will send it in multiple shipments and on purpose won't swnd one. Then, you have to raise the issue and they ask you to wait until they resolve the issue. It takes a week or two weeks until they accept that they haven't send the last shipment. Then, they will ask you to send the pictures of all the items you received and the circling the missing ones in the installation manual. They make sure, they send it on the last day that you need to decide whether to return it or not. They asked me to decide on it return before I even get the item which was funny for me. Once received the final shipment, it is too late to return because they count the return period from the day you receive the first shipment which doesn't make any sense to me.

Cheap Uncomfortable Couch

Assembly was easy. It does have a metal frame. Comfort is non-existent. Cushions are thin super hard foam and the backrest is extremely low. I feel like I'm being cut in half when I lean back. Measurements are not accurate, everything was shorter than what is shown. I saw this couch advertised on what I thought was a trusted site. Should of paid more attention because it's cheap 3rd party marketplace couch.

Really Impressed

I was excited to get this couch at such a good price. It arrived earlier than expected and all together. It looks great in the space and wasn’t too difficult to put together. Very good quality for the price! My only complaint is that the back cushions are useless. I ended up replacing those with king size bed pillows and it was a great fit. Easy solution to a minor issue!
