  • A: Once installed, it is always open. To close it, you need to manually press the roof down and then tie it with the straps on the roof.

In my opinion, the daybed is attractive by the pool. I bought two of them. And I bought them because they looked nice on the ad. The issue I have, along with many others- is that the cushions and pillows slip everywhere - the fabric is cheap and slippery. The overall product looks better online - but it’s not worth even the sale price that I paid of about $230 each-given that the cushions and pillows slide off. And the fact that customer service has not attempted to respond to my emails about how to secure the cushions . I do not recommend

Dont waste your money.

Tedious to put together. Looks like something you could get at Big Lots. Doesn’t look like it will last 2 summers. Material on the cushions is slick. You and the bottom cushions end up sliding down to and over the foot. Be better off with a lawn chair.

Great buy especially on sale! Love how sturdy the product was and not too complicated to assemble. Looks great in the space I was trying to fill. Would recommend however the cushions are a silky fabric and slide forward if sitting up under the canopy. Was thinking of putting double sided velcro at the feet under the cushions to prevent slipping.
