You can also reduce or remove creasing by rolling the rug, pattern side up, and massaging the creases with your hands. The backing will loosen to help the rug lay flat. For the stubborn creases, flip the rug over and place a damp towel over the crease. Use the synthetic setting, and iron the damp towel; this should remove the crease.

Good job, Rugs.com! Thank you!

I bought an 8x10 Eden rug and a runner. I have nothing but good things to say about the rugs and the ease of Rugs.com. I live in a small apartment and recently traded a loveseat for a full-sized sofa. It made my living room seem smaller. So I did a little research and learned that a rug in a light color would help make the room look larger. It does! The cream color in Eden is dominant and reflects lots of light. I’m using navy and terra cotta as accents. That works with the new sofa and with the upholstered chairs I already owned. Eden was my Devon shot at selecting a rug. My first choice was a contemporary rug with lots of color and a large abstract print. Very different from Eden! I was so disappointed when the abstract rug looked absolutely terrible in my apartment. My chairs looked like faded and dirty. The room closed in. I sent that rug back right away and Rugs.com gave a refund quickly. that was a relief! One more thing. I bought the more expensive pad and I’m glad I did. My rug lays well and stays in place. The padding provides a little comfort on my concrete floors. I hope you enjoy your rugs as I do mine.

Looks great in our living room

I bought this rug a few weeks ago after looking at so many my eyes were crossing. I loved the feature to be able to put the rug into your room virtually. That’s what sold me on this particular rug. When I ordered it I was surprised that it shipped so quickly. I had both the rug and the pad within a week of the order. Very pleased with the entire process.

Beautiful

Beautiful rug! Have large living area and am using this in front of a navy blue couch. It really makes the room pop. Am coordinating it with another blue rug in opposite area in front of a cream couch. I did order the rug pad which makes it feel a bit thicker.

I purchased this rug a few weeks ago for my bedroom in my new house. Great customer service helped me change the address for my order when I accidentally placed it with my old home address. The colors look great and it's the perfect size. Came folded and rolled up in an easy to carry package and the creases disappeared within 2 days. I've never purchased a rug online before and the quality seems great! Exactly what I expected it to look like and I think it looks so good with my loveseat!
