NutriChef 10'' Stainless Steel Stir Fry Pan with Glass Lid - Triply Non-Stick Coating, Scratch-Resistant

I use this Frying Pan all the time and it works great.

I have used this 10"" pan regularly for a few months now, and I love it. I have cooked everything from fish, to steaks, to omelets with no problems. You only need a sponge to clean! You just let the pan cool completely, then wash with dish soap and sponge. Cleaning is honestly effortless! Pan looks like new every time! I cannot understand why some people insist everything sticks. First of all, the instructions are clear that you must use a minimal amount of oil when frying. Secondly, like any reasonable cook, watch your heat!! You'll find you only need to use much lower settings to cook. You'll quickly find the sweet spot for each item you'll cook. Of course, if you're frying chops or fish there will be some tiny amount that sticks, but it's not the end of the world, and it doesn't do anything bad to the food you're frying. And once the pan cools, it's soap and a sponge, and that's all. Love this pan for omelets! Well worth the price. Highly recommend this pan!

It nice pan, and a good lid. I will repurchase this brand—costs less than other similar bands but excellent quality.

I've had the 8"" for over a year and simply love it. Time to add a 10 inch and simply didn't consider another brand based on my experience with the 8"".

Second time used and food stuck to pan! One of the main reasons for buying was the non stick surface. Not impressed at all!!

We recently upgraded our appliances and the stove was very high end induction. Needing new fry pans we picked the nutrichef nonstick induction ready pans. We got the 8, 10, and 12 inch pans and the wok. These are fantastic. First of all the cook times are minimal. They are no stick. Wash up was a snap. They are light weight and come with glass tops. I am quite pleased with the purchase at this time.

Lasted a little more than a year then coating started peeling off.

I could not get this pan to work as it was intended. It finally ended up at Goodwill. Like the idea but could never get the non-stick to work consistently. I have found other pans that work much better for this purpose and I also safe for health and environment.

I seasoned the pan per instructions and used it per the instructions. The 1st time I fried a couple of eggs it worked perfectly, but every attempt to repeat that experience has resulted in me having to spend 5+ minutes scraping the stuck eggs from the pan with a plastic spatula. I have an 8 year old Teflon pan that is better non-stick than this joke.

So the first few times I was so excited to use it, it looked like a really good quality. Been using it the 2nd week and everything just sticks to it, and that's with using alot of cooking oil! It doesn't cook food evenly as well. Not as impressed.

Very disappointed with the product. Certainly not a non stick pan. Will end up throwing it in the bin as soon as I buy one that is actually non stick as advertised. Would not recommend this product to anyone.

This pan is excellent on induction. I've used it about 10 times now and washed and seasoned to instructions, and it is showing no signs of sticking or staining. Attractive pattern too.
