A: It's not suggested. Assemble without the wheels, the bottom of the lower poles may scratch the floor.

Q: Does this rack protect from sunlight or constant light exposure?

A: The fabric cover is made of Oxford cloth which can't stand prolonged exposure to sunlight. Otherwise, it's quality may be undermined.
