This product was terrible. We ended up returning it. The water pooled at the bottom and just created a giant chunk of ice at the bottom, with only making about half of the tiny ice balls.

Ice bucket
I like the amount of ice it makes but the lid won’t stay on it pops up so I have to place something heavy enough for it to hold it down. Otherwise the top three rows don’t make ice and that water stays at the bottom like a big hockey puck

Not as great as it seems
It was tricky to figure out how to fill and empty it. I figured that out with 1-3 trial and error. There was an occasional ice cube that also had pieces of the plastic in it?!?! But now the insert is cracked, so it leaks into the holding insert just makes large plates of ice, and i can't store the cubes inside it. I used it about 10 times, over a week or two. I'd advise against purchasing this.
