New to air fryers so this is a learning curve but thus far we have been impressed with the finished product but I do long for a better instruction booklet. Can I do sourdough?

It works GREAT, it is getting some getting used to as my last air fryer was not a NINJA and the cooking times are much different. But for everything I have made I am enjoying, quick, easy, and SO EASY to clean

Good flexibility, lacks height
Love the ninja brand, this is my second of theirs after the last one stopped working. The idea is really good, having the flexibility to use two drawers, one drawer, or one mega drawer. However their advertising of it could be better. There is no way a roast is fitting inside this, as the drawers are only about 2 inches deep once you have the crisper plate in. I'll be lucky to have a couple layers of chicken wings I think. Currently cooking baked potatoes, which just fit in whole given the height restrictions.

I am seriously in love with this air fryer!!!! It has cut my cooking time in half and believe it or not it encourages me to eat healthier! It’s absolutely perfect in my opinion. I did purchase the disposable paper trays so it even helps speed up the amount of time I spend cleaning.
