Good product, recommended
I bought two of these and have been using them for about 3 months now. The indoor air quality is noticeably better; in fact, you can literally smell how clean the air is when stepping in from outside. I live in a wildfire and smog-prone area and these have helped slightly with respiratory complaints. You do not hear the machine running when it is on low, and I don’t think they are loud at all when on high—certainly quieter than a box fan. Automatic detection is great, it always kicks on when cooking. Configuration in the app is great too, especially for the one in the bedroom which we set to a schedule for sleep mode and to have the indicator lights turn off at a specific time. The person who complained about the pre-filter needs to read the instruction manual; it is a washable filter and should last quite a while without replacement, you just need to wash it. Both Max2 filters are at a little over 70% remaining after 3 months so those are on track to last 10 months or a bit longer. Overall I am pleased and would recommend.

Helped with allergies

High quality, great design.
Very well design and seams to be much higher quality materials than my previous Honeywell air filters. Is whisper quiet on low but medium and high are pretty loud. The description describes a Smart Mode and Smart Eco mode. I thought this was selectable. It is not. If you have it in Smart mode it will go to Eco mode and there is no way to stop it. Eco mode runs the unit 10 minutes every hour, which is ok, but sometimes I want it to run full time in Smart mode.

Less than expected
Lack of filter stock for these makes purchasing one kinda pointless as within a month you’ll need to get a pre filter which the website does not have in stock.

Best purifier fits in my livingroom
Warm grey colour perfectly fits my white interior and the performance is even better. It has clear indication how to install the filter at first use and all the UI and buttons are straightforward. I placed this product at my kitchen and it's really easy to monitor and control my indoor air quality by using APP provided. I usually wake up with the smell of cooking from downstairs, but now I don't smell anything from my bedroom and it means my purifier is working properly.

App wifi connection can be a little spotty but over the course of several weeks I hear the 250S spin in when the air isn’t “good” quiet on the lowest settings while still bearable when full bore.
