    Great pan for electric stovetop, doesn't warp and heats evenly!

    I've been searching for a nonstick that heats evenly on coils, and this one does the job. Definitely a great addition, and easy to use and clean. It is extremely heavy though, which shocked me at first! But overall, great. Would buy again.

    Safe

    Our new pan is a great addition to our other Anolon pots and pans. Even distributed heat ensures consistent heat throughout the pan which leads to a tastier nicer looking meal. The new coating on the pan is outstanding.

    Ascend Frying Pan-12 inch

    This frying pan has been a dream to cook with and clean up is super easy. The handle stays cool and the pan is not too heavy to lift while trying to plate the prepared food.

    Great quality

    These pans and pots are the best I ever had. After over 2 years of constant use they look beautiful. There is nothing better than to melt your cheese in these and it slides right out. Clean up is always easy.

    Works with induction

    The Ascend frying pan is the same design as a previous pan that I had used from this company for many years. It has lasted for many years and the handle stays warm while cooking. I like that the bolts that hold the handle on the pan are also designed to be smooth with the surface of the inside of the pan and have the same anti-stick capabilities. It makes for easy cleaning and long lasting. Heat conduction is excellent and the weight and thickness of the pan retains heat very well. While there may be other pans that do an equal job I have been satisfied with these and will continue to use them.

    Great pan.

    I’ve been a huge fan of the nouvelle copper lux pans for years. I needed to replace my 12 inch pan, but sadly it was not available. I bought the 12 inch X pan, but was extremely disappointed to find it is not an everyday pan. So I grabbed one of these. While not quite the copper lux, this pan is a very nice substitute. Great non-stick, easy cleanup, great heat retention… a very nice pan, indeed!

    Best pan EVER!

    Love this pan! I thought I would have to bury my husband with his former Anolon pan that was the groddiest pan ever because was well used and over 20 years old! Not so! He loves this new pan and so do I! Cooks and cleans up beautifully!

    First nonstick I can actually get hot enough to sear without ruining the pan. Great even cooking. Seeing how it wears before I invest in more but very happy at this time and wishing I had 2 pans.

    When I read the info that came with my pan, I discovered it wouldn’t work on a ceramic cook top. Now they say I can’t return it! Terrible policy.
