stopped working after 1 use. the charging port is a poor design, and the arm controller doesnt stay screwed in. terrible product.

I just installed it today it’s Christmas gift for my son, and instruction is not clear for people to understand, and finally done with installations and then NOT WORKING!!!!!

My 1 year old loved this but it’s been two months and it just stopped working

The music feature is a big hit, my son loves dancing along to the tunes. And the slow speed is perfect for his age.

Terrible quality. It was Santa’s gift but it disappointed. The installation instructions are not clear and holes are missing and screws not enough for parts to connect. Not worth it.

If you're like me you have a little one who is obsessed with excavators and after reading reviews and are debating purchasing this one in hopes of making your little one's dreams come true. A few things to consider before you pull the trigger: 1. The instructions that come with this excavator are about as helpful as a spoon in a knifefight. The descriptions are vaguely worded and the diagrams not clear at all. 2. The entire process of putting this vehicle together felt like shoving parts together that weren't made to fit. Nothing attached easily and seamlessly and we had to use a hammer and a mallet to bang some of the pieces in to fit properly. 3. It was only after the vehicle was put together that we realized a piece had not correctly been pre-assembled. We initially called the manufacturer who told us they had specific instructions to not handle any product issues from Target purchases. We then called Target and were told because the item was shipped from a third party, we could not get a replacement for the same price we originally purchased. I would expect many other retailers to pass the buck when it comes to guest satisfaction, but Target would have always been last on my list. Customer service was extremely unhelpful and my inquiry that was supposed to be routed to a supervisor has not been returned in a week after I was promised 48 hours. So dissapointed in Target for carrying third party products and selling them on their website but not wanting to be held accountable for ensuring the satisfaction of their customers when those products are defective or do not live up to expectations.

This ride-on digger everything it's well! We got it for my 4 years old nephew.The product was easy to setup. Just follow the steps in the manual. It provides hours of fun for him and his 7-year-old sister in our yard, on the asphalt driveway as well as the unsteady grassy terrain.until now He rides it everywhere. It works pretty well.Its got some power! And cool features like forward and reverse, as well as a fast and slow speed.

My grandson will not get on a powered ride so the fact that we did not have to connect the power was great! He scoots around and uses the handles to work the bucket. He loves it. It is very sturdy too. Very fairly priced. Good quality!
