Worst microwave ever
We bought it for the style and that was a grave error. As many other reviewers have noted it takes far too long for it to heat ANYTHING and when it does, it’s just dangerously hot in the middle and nowhere else. It’s not a voltage problem, it’s just a bad product. Save yourself the headache and money and just live with a reputable brand microwave in a bland traditional colorway.

Cute lil microwave, but...
Have had this microwave for less than six months and the dial just broke off when i turned it. I thought maybe it just has to be screwed back in. Nope. It looks like a clean break, like it snapped off for some unknown reason. I'm a middle-aged woman, who is currently in physical therapy... I'm not that strong.

Had to return due to speed tail shipping. Instead of calling my building intercom which I was home it was thrown over the fence. I had to return the item. Box had a big dent. I will not order again due to the shipping service they use. Didn’t take a chance of keeping it

Cheaply made
We loved the look of this microwave but put your money toward one that is a higher quality. This reminded me of a toy. Not good for a family. Not very user friendly, cheaply made, and got extremely hot in a very small amount of time. Literally burned through a bag of microwave popcorn. Freaked us out. Maybe we got a dud. Also very loud. Returned.

Beware of the Siren Call
Mircowave is very cute a lot less cartooney than other retro-inspired appliances, but it DOES NOT WORK. On it's very first use it would shuts off or accelerates the time on its own and would not actually heat the contents inside. I plugged it into 3 different outlets just in case and same issue. I think the timing issue has to do with the front knob being loose causing the vibrations to bouce around to different cook times.

Died
Started using this Jan 18th. Died and stopped heating March 8th. Low wage makes things take much longer to cook which should be expected. The color is absolutely adorable and it is super cute. It’s nice for small spaces however it died after less than two months of use.

Cute but not worth it
Super cute little microwave, but it totally stopped working after a couple of weeks. When I first got it, it took quite awhile to heat stuff up, but I figured it was because it’s a small microwave (and I didn’t mind because it’s cute). Now though, the exterior of the microwave itself gets hot and the food inside remains cold no matter how long it’s programmed to be in there for. Really sad because it looks great in my kitchen…

DO NOT BUY
This unit is completely unacceptable. I purchased it after reading other reviews of poor heat and lack of efficacy, thinking maybe those people got a lemon. NO. I purchased this microwave about 3 weeks ago and it has gotten extremely light use, maybe 10 total uses. Tonight, the microwave started smoking from the back during use. It was on a counter top below wood cabinets. Luckily we were paying attention and in the same room, we threw on oven mitts and threw it outside in the snow. This is a hazard unit and based on the multiple poor reviews, some for other colors, this needs to be pulled off the shelves and engineers need to start from scratch. If this would’ve started my brand new kitchen on fire, my insurance would’ve gone right for you HADEN.
