I've been trying to find a texture spray that I like as much as the Davine's one I used to buy at the black and white beauty store that I don't shop at anymore. For reference,I have a ton of fine, smooth hair and need a spray to obtain any kind of style. This one felt greasy, not grippy, and OMG THE SMELL. I felt like it clouded up my bathroom and hung around there all day. it was an immediate return.

Bought this spray to add to my curly hair routine for more volume at the root and throughout hair. The results were noticeable but not remarkable. The scent is pleasant - cucumber based - very fresh, but it is overpowering. It overpowers my perfume and does not dissipate with time. I am hoping that Living Proof also makes an unscented version of this spray I can try.

This came highly recommended for fine hair, but man! The smell is overpowering and terrible. I only used the product once, so I can't speak to its other qualities, but i found that the fragrance lingered on and I eventually had to wash my hair to get it out. I would NOT recommend this to anyone who dislikes fragrance, has a skin sensitivity, or is sensitive to strong smells.

I have fine to medium hair and I used this after my perm grew out to style my hair and give me some extra volume. At first, it works pretty well and then I didn't use it for a while. The last time I used it, it gave me volume, but boy was it a bugger to wash out! I mean to tell you, I had a heck of a time washing it out of my hair. This is one of those things like if you need volume and you have an event, yeah, it's OK but to use it every single day, I wouldn't . It dries your hair out really bad and it's hard to wash out.

This product was great before, but I think the formula changed. I used to get decent volume and bounce that lasted a few days, but now I'm lucky if it lasts for a few of hours. Also, the nozzle is bad. You also have to press down really hard to spray.

I've been using this for many years. I like to flat iron my hair and that makes my roots very flat too so I use this for an extra volume after, concentrating on my roots. It works amazingly. I get so many compliments on my hair. The only downfall is every time I use it, I have to hold my breath. If you breathe this in and have asthma? It's an instant asthma attack. So therefore, I use it sparingly.
